## Privacy Policy

**Last updated:** June 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how **Oblixor** ("Application"), a warehouse management (WMS) mobile app for Android developed by **TabLab** (Belik Vyacheslav) ("Developer", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Application.

The Application helps you track inventory, receipts, movements, sales, and write-offs. **Your warehouse data is stored locally on your device.** We do not operate user accounts or cloud storage for your business data.

### 1. Information We Collect

#### 1.1. Data You Enter (Stored Locally)

The Application does **not** require registration, sign-up, or login. You may enter business data such as:

- product names, categories, prices, and stock quantities;

- warehouse names and addresses;

- documents (receipts, movements, sales, write-offs, inventory);

- app settings (currency, language, theme, backup preferences).

This information is saved in a **local SQLite database** on your device. **We do not receive, access, or store this data on our servers.**

When you export reports (PDF, Excel, CSV) or share a database backup, files are created on your device and shared through the Android system share sheet — only to destinations **you** choose.

#### 1.2. Automatically Collected Information (Third-Party Services)

The Application uses the following Google services that may collect device and usage information:

| Service | Purpose | What may be collected |

|---------|---------|----------------------|

| **Firebase Analytics** | Understand app usage and improve the product | App events (e.g., app open, screen views), device identifiers, approximate location (country/region), app version, OS version |

| **Firebase Crashlytics** | Diagnose crashes and errors | Crash logs, stack traces, device model, OS version, app version |

| **Google AdMob** | Display ads (free plan only) | Advertising ID, device information, ad interaction data, IP address (processed by Google) |

| **Google Play Billing** | Process in-app purchases and subscriptions | Purchase history and subscription status (processed by Google; we receive only entitlement confirmation, not payment card details) |

| **Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)** | GDPR/EEA ad consent | Consent choices stored on device |

Analytics and Crashlytics are enabled in release builds. Crashlytics is disabled in debug builds.

Ads are shown only to users on the **free** plan who have not purchased an ad-free subscription. Paid plans disable advertising.

#### 1.3. Information We Do NOT Collect

- We do **not** collect precise GPS location.

- We do **not** collect contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.

- We do **not** collect your name, email, or phone number unless you contact us directly.

### 2. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK/Switzerland Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland:

- **Local warehouse data:** processed locally on your device; you control it.

- **Analytics and Crashlytics:** legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the Application, where applicable; you may limit analytics through device settings where available.

- **Advertising (AdMob):** based on your **consent** obtained through the Google UMP consent form. You can change your ad preferences at any time in **Settings → Ad personalization settings** (when available for your region).

- **Purchases:** necessary to perform the subscription contract; processed by Google Play.

### 3. How We Use Information

- Operate and improve the Application.

- Display ads to free-tier users (with consent where required).

- Verify subscription entitlements (ad-free access, feature limits).

- Diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues.

- Comply with legal obligations.

We do **not** sell your personal data.

### 4. Third-Party Services and Links

Data processed by third parties is subject to their policies:

- [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy)

- [Firebase Privacy](https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy)

- [Google Play Terms](https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/)

We recommend reviewing these policies to understand how Google processes data.

### 5. Permissions

The Application requests:

| Permission | Why |

|------------|-----|

| **Internet** | Analytics, Crashlytics, ads, subscription verification, consent forms |

| **Google Play Billing** | In-app purchases and subscriptions |

The Application does not request access to location, contacts, camera, or external storage beyond what the Android system provides for file sharing initiated by you.

### 6. Data Retention

- **Local warehouse data:** remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the Application.

- **Analytics / Crashlytics / AdMob data:** retained according to Google's policies and your consent choices.

- **Subscription status:** managed through Google Play; we do not store payment details.

### 7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to withdraw consent for advertising.

**Actions you can take:**

1. **Warehouse data:** delete items in the app, clear app storage, or uninstall.

2. **Ads (EEA/UK):** change preferences via **Settings → Ad personalization settings** in the app, or reset your advertising ID in Android settings.

3. **Analytics:** use Android's "Opt out of Ads Personalization" and limit ad tracking in device settings.

4. **Subscriptions:** manage or cancel in [Google Play Subscriptions](https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions).

5. **Contact us:** email belikslawik@gmail.com for privacy requests.

### 8. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will assist in removing it from our systems (where applicable).

### 9. Security

Local business data security depends on your device protection (screen lock, backups). Data sent to Google services is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

### 10. International Transfers

Google may process data on servers outside your country. Google provides appropriate safeguards as described in its privacy documentation.

### 11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes may also be reflected in the Google Play listing.
